Yes! Sending a loved one a bottle is a great way to let them know you are thinking of them. When you have found the perfect bottle and head to the checkout simply click “Deliver to a different address”.

Let us know the address and we will handle the rest 🙂

We pride ourselves in offering a flexible returns policy, If the bottle of Gin you have purchased is unopened we will happily accept your return simply contact us and we will organise this.

If you have opened the bottle but have an issue with the product please get in touch with the distillery via HelloGin so we can over see the situation.

Once we have received your purchase back in a good standing condition we will initiate a refund back to the same debit or credit card it was purchased from, With should only take 1 to 2 working days to show in your account.

We work hard to ensure our distilleries are capable of fulfilling our orders, Obviously we are understanding with the current pandemic and most businesses will be short staffed or not operating at all.
