Ellis Butterfly Pea Gin

Ellis Butterfly Pea Gin is one of the colour changing gins in our range.

Naturally coloured and flavoured using the exotic Asian Butterfly Pea flower.   The beautiful flower gives the gin this stunning blue colour and when mixer is added the gin changes to a beautiful lilac – amazing.

The gin has a herby taste and is lovely served with Elderflower tonic or try with Ginger and prosecco ))

Excellent in cocktail and lovely on its own
