Wild Berry and Hibiscus 700ml 40%

Our Wild Berry Gin is based on our Classic Gin is made using our still “Rosie” this is a true small batch gin we produce only 70 bottles per batch. Our classic has 10 carefully selected botanicals that include Red Apples, Hawthorn Berries, Heather Flowers, Bitter Orange, Fresh Lemon Zest, Ginger and a pinch of the exotic Grains of Paradise to produce a quality dry gin with delicate juniper notes complimented by beautiful citrus and floral tones. We then add our Wild Berry mix of Strawberry, Raspberry Leaves, Hibiscus ,Orange, Apple, Seabuck Thorn and leave this to infuse for 48 hours. This is still a dry gin with a fresh fruit flavour, we don’t add any sugar, artificial colours or flavourings resulting in a crisp gin. We recommend serving with Elderflower Tonic, and some Raspberries.
